If a course has the status of "Scheduled":
If a course has any status other than "Scheduled" ("Completed", etc.):
These changes have been made to make it easier to manage and to prevent errors.
If a course has the status of "Scheduled":
- You have access to the "Edit Schedule" link.
- You do NOT have access to the "Edit Students" link.
- You CAN "Add Students" from the Add Students link.
- Changes you make in Edit Schedule affect the students' records.
If a course has any status other than "Scheduled" ("Completed", etc.):
- You do NOT have access to the "Edit Schedule" link.
- You CAN "Edit Students".
- You CANNOT "Add Students".
- Changes you make to Edit Students affect the students' records.
These changes have been made to make it easier to manage and to prevent errors.
